Grand Mercure together with Pernod Ricard is delighted to host the first and exclusive dinner pairing, where unique assortment of whiskies and cognac will be showcased imaginatively designed to complement and enhance each of the special Chinese dishes our chefs have carefully created for the evening.
Golden Dragon restaurant offers a five-course pairing menu, matching dishes such as deep fried shrimp dumpling with Shanghai sweet sauce and Macau four favor soup with various expressions of the Glenlivet excellence whisky where the bold smoky aroma gives a nice finish to these dishes. Afterward, Chivas Regal 18YO Blue signature will be a real delight with the Asian taste of an assorted steamed dimsum basket. Finally renowned roasted duck with plum sauce is served with Martell Noblige: the robust essence makes this dish come to life.
Hosting the intimate dinner will be Pernod Ricard Brand Ambassador, who will be on hand to guide guests through various blends and exciting expressions of these premium whiskies and cognac labels.
With only 650,000 ++/ person, you will taste 5 course menu paired with Whiskies and Cognac . The dinner begins from 19:00pm – 21:00 pm at Golden Dragon Restaurant, on Saturday, 27th January, 2018.
